Cancellation After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
Customers may refer to our Refund & Return Policy for eligible cases.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
If an order is successfully cancelled before shipment, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Cancellation by Almifa Perfume
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing errors
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Incomplete customer information
In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
